All issues of The American Journal of Science and Medical Research (AJSMR) are permanently maintained and freely accessible through the journal's online archive at ajsmrjournal.com/archives.php, alongside the current issue at ajsmrjournal.com/currentissue.php. As an Open Access journal, there is no embargo period — all content is freely available from the date of publication.

To support long-term discoverability and preservation of published content, AJSMR is indexed with, or included in, the following:

Author Self-Archiving

AJSMR permits authors to self-archive the final accepted version of their published articles in any OAI-compliant institutional or subject-based repository, in line with the journal's Open Access, Copyright & Self-Archiving Policy. This supports redundant, distributed preservation of the journal's content beyond the publisher's own servers.

Continuity of Access

In the unlikely event that AJSMR ceases publication, Advaitha Innovative Research Association (AIRA) is committed to making reasonable arrangements to ensure that previously published articles remain accessible to the scientific community, including through the indexing repositories listed above and any institutional repositories in which authors have self-archived their work.
