Abstract:

The word Constructivism is widely used in the context of teaching-learning. It emphasizes how students construct knowledge from their own experiences. It proposes that teachers should try to develop students’ natural curiosity and interest to know about the environment around them. Constructivist approach to science teaching helps students to explore and reflect on their own experiences through various activities provided in the classroom to understand the concepts of science.
